Role: Sub-editor ( English)

Job Location: Bangalore

The best writing comes from great editing and we understand the value of a great copy-editor. We're looking for a sub-editor who can create impactful, clean and factually sound copy.

Candidates must have: 

  • 3-4 years of experience in writing and sub-editing 
  • An interest in mental health

The sub-editor's role will include editing articles written by experts and the internal content team, creating and ensuring adherence to the organisational style-sheet, and reading copy for editorial/ reporting gaps. Please write to careers@whiteswanfoundation.org

Role: Audiovisual Content Creator

Job Location: Bangalore

Do you love telling stories through video and have a great ear for on-the-ground stories?

We’re looking for enthusiastic filmmakers who can join our energetic team to make short videos for our mental health repository. Themes would include personal narratives, expert interviews and did-you-know videos on mental health and illness.

Role: Program Coordinator – Community Outreach (Kannada)

Job Location: Bangalore

We have now embarked on a mission to connect with various communities in Bangalore to spread greater awareness on mental health and wellbeing.  And, we need someone to run these exciting programs for us.

As a coordinator of these programs, you will liaison with the various stakeholders in our outreach ecosystem to ensure widespread impact among these communities.

If you are a high-energy go-getter, you are pro-active, good with communication (especially in Kannada) and love to connect with people, and if you have prior experience of working in a similar role for a non-profit organization, we would love to talk to you. Role: Content Creator/Translator (Kannada)

Job Location: Bangalore

We are looking for writer/translator in Kannada. As a writer, you will be creating exclusive Kannada articles, translating English articles into Kannada, and creating relevant infographics in Kannada, to educate and create awareness about mental health and wellbeing among the Kannada audience.

While we do expect you to be equipped with communication skills, what’s even more important is that you come armed with a great deal of passion for the subject, the energy to work in a start-up atmosphere and the vision to build an organization.
