A day at White Swan Foundation involves research, meeting and interviewing subject matter experts, listening to stories of patients and caregivers to create reliable and accessible knowledge for our audience. Your content will empower people to take informed decisions on mental health.

While we do expect you to be equipped with communication skills and clean grammar, what’s more important is that you come armed with a great deal of passion for the subject, the energy to work in a start-up atmosphere and the vision to build an organization.

Role: Audiovisual Content Creator

Job Location: Bangalore

Do you love telling stories through video and have a great ear for on-the-ground stories?

We’re looking for enthusiastic filmmakers who can join our energetic team to make short videos for our mental health repository. Themes would include personal narratives, expert interviews and did-you-know videos on mental health and illness.

Role: Social Media Campaigner

Job Location: Bangalore

We’re looking for a social media campaigner!

Apply if you have:

  • The ability to write crisp and engaging copy

  • A good understanding of and sensitivity towards mental health issues

  • A command over various social media platforms and the ability to engage with new technology

  • The ability to think quickly and respond to news and trends online

A day as our social media manager will mean that you:

  • Will build and upkeep White Swan Foundation’s social media presence.

  • Manage social media platforms and execute strategies to increase the visibility of the organization on these platforms.

  • Edit, publish and share daily content (articles, graphics, videos and stories) to create awareness on mental health and encourage community members to take action.

  • Work closely with the internal team and with partners and external agencies on online communication

  • Plan and execute social media campaigns in line with our outreach programs

Role: Content Creator/Translator (Kannada)

Job Location: Bangalore

We are looking for writer/translator in Kannada. As a writer, you will be creating exclusive Kannada articles, translating English articles into Kannada, and creating relevant infographics in Kannada, to educate and create awareness about mental health and wellbeing among the Kannada audience.

While we do expect you to be equipped with communication skills, what’s even more important is that you come armed with a great deal of passion for the subject, the energy to work in a start-up atmosphere and the vision to build an organization.

Role: Program Coordinator – Outreach

Job Location: Bangalore

After having put in place India’s first knowledge repository on mental health, White Swan Foundation has now embarked on a mission to connect with various communities to spread greater awareness on mental health and wellbeing. And, we need someone to run these exciting programs for us.

As a coordinator of these programs, you will liaison with the various stakeholders in our outreach ecosystem to ensure widespread impact among these communities.
