The Community Outreach function of White Swan Foundation leverages the rich trove of knowledge it has created to engage with various communities and educate them of their roles in the mental healthcare space. The function identifies communities where mental healthcare education could be offered and develops programs to connect with the members of these communities. It also designs programs that will help scale up its outreach programs into other regions.
The person will work closely with the content function and other team members to develop outreach programs for various communities and execute them by building an efficient partner ecosystem.
We are looking for a person with a few years of experience in the social sector and keen to work in the mental health education space. They should demonstrate strong intrapreneurial skills and should have successfully managed a few outreach/engagement projects in the communities. A working knowledge of Kannada and Hindi would be an advantage in the role.

Do you love telling stories through video and have a great ear for on-the-ground stories?
We’re looking for enthusiastic filmmakers who can join our energetic team to make short videos for our mental health repository. Themes would include personal narratives, expert interviews and did-you-know videos on mental health and illness.
