The power of a story - Yamini Rajan
Yamini's family moved to the US when she was a child. Once there, she found herself struggling with several changes in her life. In this video from our Moving Minds event (held at Atta Galatta, Bangalore on July 28, 2018), Yamini shares about her experiences with depression, bulimia - and her journey to acceptance and seeking help. Through her story, she reminds us of the importance of breaking the silence of talking about our own struggles with mental health.
